Challenge
AON had a long handling time in processing car insurance policies. Customer satisfaction was low and the costs (too) high. For processing claims there were similar issues. The problem was that the CRM-system had no overview (and was not allowed to give this because of privacy regulations) and other external files to present (of other insurance companies).
Approach
The goal was to limit and optimize the administrative logistics by integrating five different (internal and external integration) systems.
Solution
custwise came up with the solution and integrated the systems. This meant a complete system integration between the telephone and CRM system. A connection was made between the external systems through ISS (Integrated Secure Solution). This resulted in an improved company policy, higher sales revenues, a better competitive edge and reduced costs because of a consistent and integrated approach and because of less handling and finishing.
