KPN is an international leading Telecom provider. KPN offers products and services that are easy to use and help customers realize their personal or business goals.
Challenge
KPN uses a standard reporting tool. This tool delivers reports to different departments within KPN. Users that make use of this tool can do much more with it like analyzing, but do not, because they do not have the right knowledge for it.
Approach
KPN wanted a Proof of Concept (PoC) with RoamBI, the innovative Business Intelligence application for the iPad.
The goal was to determine whether users of RoamBI could get more detailed information out of the reports. Besides that, KPN wanted to see whether the users would do more with that extracted information.
Solution
Custwise supported KPN in making and streamlining the reports and, together with KPN, made a business case for this RoamBI project. Result of this PoC is a number of relevant demonstration reports which could be presented very easily on an iPad and which are a nice completion to the current reports. The goal of this all is that users get to do more with the information and that way be of better service to their customers.
